Welcome to the site, we hope you will find this site a useful collection of news, views and information on IT Project & Program Management. This site offers resource materials on all aspects of project and program management; in particular for Australian Project Managers.  You can find links to the Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM), the Project Management Institue (PMI) and the UK’s Office of Government Commerce (OGC) which  has created the standard for public sector project management in the shape of PRINCE 2.

We will post information and topics of interest to Project Managers as well as useful links and the like, please let us know what you think and if there are any topics that you would like to see covered. Are you an experienced project manager, but lack qualifications or certification? Successful project management requires that all Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) knowledge areas (scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk, procurement, project integration) be managed effectively. These are covered throughout the site along with information about PRINCE2® (Projects In Controlled Environments) .

The author of this site Jez Franklin has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years delivering successful project and programs s to companies around the globe. He is both Project Management Professional (PMP),  Prince 2 and Certified Practising Project Director (CPPD) with extensive industry knowledge gained across a broad range of industries including Finance, IT, Telco, Real Estate and FMCG in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.
